I have upgraded to 4.5.1 and now have this error. I did have an error when installing and re-ran the SQL once i corrected what it wanted but now have this error.

 

What do i do?

This happened to me. Try editing the GetPortal stored procedure as outlined here:

It actually looks like it's one of the older (4.0) sql scripts that causes this on upgrading to 4.5
