I am using Blog 3.02.00.  I want to install 2 personal blogs, on separate pages.  Each page should not display anything from "the other blog".  I created the first blog on the first page, and set the option to Personal Blog.  I then created a few test entries.

I then added another page, added the Blog module to the new page, created a new Blog, and once again set it to Personal Blog.

Now when I log out, both blogs are correctly viewable by all users, and they are separate.  All appears OK.

When I am logged in as Admin, if I click on the "Add New Entry" in the "View Recent Entries container" all is again OK, and I can only add a new entry to the appropriate blog.

But when I go to the module on the first page that is displaying the links "Blog Settings", "View My Blog", and "Add Blog Entry", and click on Add Blog Entry, I find it only displays the second page blog!.  Surely this is a bug?

John,

if I understand you right, you try to setup 2 personal blogs for one user (in your case admin).

That is not what personal blog page is making for.

The personal blog page is a feature which enables you to create a dedicated blog page for a user (it works a little bit like a filter).

The blog module is a portal wide module and you can have one blog and as many child blogs for each user as you like. It is not possible to create more the one main blog on the same portal for a user.

Thank you, I may need to reconsider how I am trying to use the blog.  But I still suspect there is a bug, because if you are on page1/blog1 the "Add New Entry" works very well for the Last 10 entries Module, but references the WRONG blog on the Menu and Roll Modules.  If one module can get it right, why cant the other two?
