Hi,

I'm trying to implement Inter Module Communication. but for some reason the ModuleCommunication event is NULL when i'm not logged in. As soon as I log in with my host account the events seems to fire. Is Could someone give me a hand with this. I'm using the following piece of code:

public abstract class BCCModuleBase : PortalModuleBase, IModuleCommunicator, IModuleListener

{

{

oArgs.Text =

oArgs.Sender = from;

oArgs.Target = to;

ModuleCommunication(

}

{

{

BindControls();

}

}

}

public event ModuleCommunicationEventHandler ModuleCommunication;public void SendViewDataUpdatedMessage()Type target = Type.GetType("object");Type sender = Type.GetType("object");string from = ModuleId.ToString();string to = "Other";ModuleCommunicationEventArgs oArgs = new ModuleCommunicationEventArgs();"Bind";if (ModuleCommunication != null)this, oArgs);void IModuleListener.OnModuleCommunication(object s, ModuleCommunicationEventArgs e)if (e.Text == "Bind" && e.Sender != ModuleId.ToString())abstract public void BindControls();

Not sure if this will help, but I've seen other posts where people had similar problems because of caching.  Try setting your module's cache time to zero.

The cache time has to be set to zero in two places: where you place the module and in the module definition page.
