Yay... Take Me to the Community!

Welcome to the DNN Community Forums, your preferred source of online community support for all things related to DNN.
In order to participate you must be a registered DNNizen

The new DNN Events Module requires that the DNN Host be set to Friendly URLs (the default) and works only in this mode.

If you require that Friendly URLs not be used (i.e. because of another module), we suggest that you contact the other module developer and ask them to make sure this is enabled.  The reasons for supporting Friendly URLs only is that this makes it easier to remember the url and for search engines to crawl the page(s) on your site.  For more information, we suggest you read Scott McCulloch's informatrion on friendly urls: http://www.ventrian.com/Resources/Articles/tabid/213/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/141/FriendlyURLsExplained.aspx
