Hi,

I just upgrading from 4.3.7 to 4.5.1. Did everything as usual: backup, overwrite, modifying web.config (connection string, machine keys:  validationKey and decryptionKey, objectQualifier) and browsed the dnn for upgrade. I got this error:

******************************************

Upgrading DotNetNuke
Current Assembly Version: 04.05.01
Current Database Version: 04.03.07

Upgrade Status Report
00:00:00.015 - Upgrading to Version: 4.5.1

00:00:03.969 -   Executing Script: 04.04.01.SqlDataProvider Success
00:00:04.125 -   Executing Script: 04.05.00.SqlDataProvider Success
00:00:09.579 -   Executing Script: 04.05.01.SqlDataProvider Success
00:00:10.204 - Performing General Upgrades

Upgrade Complete

***************************************-

The mentioned log file contains this: Error: HelpURL

After the upgrade my sites seem to be working fine, but i'd like to know if I should be worried about this error or not.

Thanks!

Ors

When we fix SQL script error we do not edit the oginal script file, but fix the issues in all future SQL scripts.  Therefore you can assume the following.

1) If the error happens in the last script run, it probably has not been fixed.

2) If there are other scripts that ran after the error and the site seem to work the issues was probably fixed in one of the scripts that were run after the error.  To verfity this look at the error log for the script that had the error to see where the error occured (04.04.00.log).  The log file is located in the dataprovider/SQLDataprivider directory.  You can then search the actual SQL scripts that ran after that to verify if the SQL script that caused the error was fixed and run in one of them.

I had the same problem and log file says this:Error: HelpURL

It also failed on the 4.5.1 script with this error in the log: Error: Access to the path 'E:\ftproot\CarrierLink\RSS.aspx.vb' is denied.
