It has shown me the same error on a 4.3.7 DNN solution. You can ignore this. When you've problems with some modules then update and everything works fine.

I had the reverse upgrade response

install shows that I now have database version 04.05.01 and system assembly 04.03.07

How can I correct this - it happened because I attempted a version 4.5.1 install on the same disk partition in order to test whether 4.5.1 would actually work (I never did get 4.4 to work properly and had to junk it totally and go back to 4.3.7 which ran fine).

Any suggestions gratefully received as this situation is unworkable, the main site is still running but no changes can be made

What happens when you are copying the 4.5.1 DNN package over your upgrade again?
