It is possible to have a www.blah.com/login   or /admin/login  ?  so that I don't need a login link on any pages? Basically there is nothing that the user needs to log into currently so I don't want to confuse them.

Thanks,

Quentin

Well to remove the login link you would need to remove the item from your template, but if you wanted to you could access the login page via the folloowing link,  (replace localhost with your sites URL).  You will also have to replace the 36 with a valid tab id for your website.  You could look at setting up a friendly URL redirect to reference it in another manner.

http://localhost/tabid/36/ctl/Login/Default.aspx

Actually, you don't need the tabid, or even the default page to load the login control.

I just tried this on my local installations of 4.5.0 and 4.5.1 and this does not work as it requires the tab id of a valid page.

If you are doing it locally did you leave out the virtual directory of your DNN website?

http://localhost/?ctl=login  will not work unless there is a DNN install in the default website.

It works here too:
