Temporary I want to restict access to site for all users except "host" and "admin". As I understand, I have to insert the following lines into <system.web> section of web.config file:

        <authorization>
            <allow users="host, admin" />
            <deny users="*" />
        </authorization>

But I got the error:

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /DNN/login.aspx

Ok, I understand that the required page is absent and I need to specify correct login page. How to do it?

Thanks

PS. Maybe such method is wrong. Please give right direction...

In the authentication section please remove the login page url. for example

            <forms loginUrl="Login.aspx"/>

remove the above mentioned line.

In DNN use can define your login page in the site settings section under the admin menu If you want to display the login control to display on the different page.
