I am looking for some advise on how to work around the following error displayed on my front page:

A critical error has occurred. INSERT statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK_Profile_Users'. The conflict occurred in database 'DotNetNuke', table 'Users', column 'UserID'. The statement has been terminated.

This error only get's displayed when user not logged in. Once logged in to the portal it does not display anymore.

I can not find any corrupt data in the Users table and can not find where any INSERT statement might be stored that would attempt writing to the table. Do not have any idea which module is causing the problem.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Thank you for the reply, if seperate modules then I do not have the forum module installed. Do you suggest I should add this module and see if that brings any change? Complete list of modules included.
