If I run        http://localhost/DotNetNuke  through explorer, than it won't run, and I get this error

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.04.01

ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But if I run it in debuging mode in Visual Studio than it runs fine.

Is there a setting I need to change in my IIS, or change something in my connection string?

Data Source=MyCompName\SQLEXPRESS;Initial Catalog=DotNetNuke;Integrated Security=True

The problem is Visual Studio has locked the database.   Right-click on the database and select Close Connection

Then refresh the folder view and remove the app_offline.htm file

I am afraid that it isn't the problem.

That "Close connection" is not available.
