Hi all-

I am looking for a way to authorize users who are not administrators to upload files to the site.  I would like to give them access to the Files button in Common Tasks and then allow them to add files to only certain folders.  Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Thanks,

Shaun

this is currently not supported by the core framework, have a look for 3rd party modules at the marketplace or Snowcovered, but be aware of potential risks!

have a look a the TRTControlPanel module - this allows you to set permissions for all the control panel functions - you can turn them on and off depending on roles.
