1.  When on the "Home" page and you select any of the Control Panel Functions (Page Functions\Add, Settings, etc) we always receive "Network Error (tcp_error).

2.  If you are NOT on the Home page and you are on an Admin or Host page, ALL Control Panel Functions work properly.

3.  It should be noted that if you are logged on physically to the server where DotNetNuke is installed, everything works fine.

This leads me to believe that it is security related but only to those Control Panel Functions when on the Home Page.  Not sure why security would impact this as everything on the Control Panel works fine as long as you are NOT on the home page.

This is a fresh install of DotNetNuke version 4.5.0.

to me it sounds like an issue with the address of your portal.

Instead of installing DNN 4.5.0, I installed DNN 4.4.0 and then upgraded to DNN 4.4.1.  All works as expected and the control panel functions on the Home page work without giving the Network error.

When I upgrade 4.4.1 to 4.5.0 I then again receive the Network error for all control panel functions on the Home page.

Is there something with the 4.5.0 release that would cause this?
