Just a suggestion....Why I want this feature? I think container in one of the good feature of DNN. But currently, the container need to insert into a pane, and only can put in up/down sequence. It's impossible to put in left/right side.

It is impossible to this this without modify the skin now if I want to make four text/html module in such behavior in content pane.

If I found a container it's very beautiful and I want use them to show such layout. The only way is to separate content pane into four panes. This is very inconvenient for end-users because most end-user doesn't know how to modify a skin. But if I can insert text/HTML module into text/HTML module than I just need to create a table with four columns and insert text/HTML module into it's cell.

Of course if I can insert a module in left/right side this problem can have solution also and this should be easier to implement.

How about this idea?

Afaik there are modules available at www.snowcovered.com, that allow to place multiple modules inside. Besides, you can easily modify the skin you have to add as many content panes as you like. Have a look into the skinning guide for details.
