I have just upgraded to 04.05.01 and have noticed my file folders in the admin file manager have disappeared. If I look on the server the files and directorys are still there. When I try to create a new file folder I can see it in file manager but when I log out and then go back to  the server the directory was indeed created. Now when I log in again as admin and check the file manager the folder locations do not show up. Has anyone else seen this problem?? Also the new folders are not visable anywhere else on the site that can view file folders, including my old file folder structures.

I have not been able to use the file manager in 4.05.01 to upload anything.  My folders display, but all uploads come back with an error "Invalid File Name - Filename cannot contain ' ".  I get this error when trying to upload files that do not have any ' in the file name, and I have no problem uploading the same files in 4.04.01.  I have reinstalled this site several different ways and get the same error everytime I try to upload a file.  (Get the same error through the FCKEditor upload).

Does anyone have any insight?!
