I add a new Annoucement module into the Home page, then I add some new annoucements into it. But when I try to search with keywords are the titles or the contents of these annoucements, the Search Result is null. Can you help me ?  I must configure something ?

The indexing of your site is not dynamic.

So you can change the indexing events in the Admin. Time based, or manual. By default I think is  all 30 minutes.

Or you can launch the reindexing from the Search Engine host page.

As mentioned above, you will want to ensure that you have waitied until the search indexer has completed the index of the site.  Once it has completed you can then search on the content.

There is a very good site about DNN search here.
You can also find a free module there which improves the standard search function of DNN
