I installed (attempted to anyway) DNN and ran into a number of problems.  Most of which I have fixed.  When I try to add a new dnn project in vs 2005, I don't have that option.  I can create a dnn module or a dnn skin though.  I'm not sure if that has anything to do with my biggest problems which is that I can't finish the install.  When I try to go to localhost/dotnetnuke it gives me a 403 error and says that the website declined to show the page.  If this is a permissions issue then I can't find what permissions are missing.  Previously I got beyond this point.  It would run the install scripts and then when I clicked on Click Here to Access Your Portal, it gave me an xml error.  I deleted everything and tried reinstalling several times.  This last time seems to have made things worse.  Pleas HELP!!

Don't forget the ASP.NET permissions on the dnn folder.
In Windows 2000 and XP/IIS5 the account to use is the {Server}\ASPNET User Account, in Windows 2003/IIS6 the account is the NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE User Account.

good luck!
