the case insensitive version of your collation would work, that would be SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS

Mind you: you need to change both database collation and server collation, as temptable that might be created will have server collation

I've found this util to help you: http://www.codeproject.com/vb/net/ChangeCollation.asp (not tried it myself though, so no guarantees....)

Hi Erik,

I am having a similar issue to this when trying to intall 4.5.1.

I have check my collation and it is SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS.

However I still get the error message:

Server Error in '/site' Application.

Invalid column name 'Dependencies'.
Invalid column name 'Permissions'.
Invalid column name 'SupportsPartialRendering'.
Could not use view or function 'vw_Modules' because of binding errors.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid column name 'Dependencies'.
Invalid column name 'Permissions'.
Invalid column name 'SupportsPartialRendering'.
Could not use view or function 'vw_Modules' because of binding errors.
