Hi

As I understand, the terms of use and privacy statements are produced automatically with keywords such as the name of the host and email addresses. What i have noticed is that the support email name comes from the email defined for host as the main contact. If I have many portals, this email is replicated all over the place.

such as

SERVICE CONTACT : support@XXXX.com

Put another way, I have a portal (which was my first portal created) called abc.com, and set the email support to support@abc.com, then my other portal such as xyz.com and tzx.com will also have support@abc.com automatically inserted into the term of use statement.

The question is, how is possibel to define a support contact email for each portal, so it is correctly replicated on all pages.

Thanks

On further examination I found that you can modify the text of privacy and terms in the language editor. There is a tag called [Portal:Email]. Makes perfect sense so far, so if i can get this updated the problem is solvd. Except that I dont know where this tag point to. The most obvious place for this is Admin-> site Settings. But there a is no support email field to fill in.

Does [Portal:Email] point to host email? It shouldnt really. Or am I missing something?

Of course the hack is to replace the tag in teh language editor with whatever email I want, but thats cheating, isnt it ;-) and is not scalable.

That tag refers to the "Admin" email.  Therefore the e-mail address of the account that is listed as the Administrator of the current portal!

You are right.  I guessed this could be true, so i tested it originaly. Though i tested it with a used that had admin rights. Now I understand that only the email of the admin user that is defined as the main admin user is used for this tag. This is defined in site settings.

Thanks for the help
