I develop primarily for IE/FF, and have yet to have any significant issues with Opera or Safari, other than Safari does depend on absolutely perfect JavaScript.  My usual issue is having to use a hack for IE, sometimes a second hack for IE7, to match FF output.  Fortunately I'm rarely so tightly tied to CSS that there are big issues, and I'm not zealous enough to depnd on pure CSS when a table is the easiest "hack" to use.

If you paid money for the skin, I would suggest you complain to the seller.

As a paying customer you should not accept a faulty skin. Designers delivering sub-standard skins are a pain for the DNN comunnity as a whole. Make sure the seller understands that you find it totally unfair to pay for a defective product.

You are right I should complain I am not sure if they will listen. The first thing I did when I discovered the problem was send them an email, I never got a response. The skin site is www.salaro.com so I guess I will put this out to the community as a warning. I bought a skin from them(granted the skin was cheep and I guess got what I paid for) asked for help never got a response. The skin was broke in that it did not display correctly in IE also the container that came with the skin breaks the site skin.

>> Anybody know how you can test for safari on a PC without resorting to a virualOS or spending more money on hardware?

I use SiteVista (http://www.sitevista.com) ... it's quite affordable and easy to use.
