I am modifying the feedback module's "sendto" module setting by updating the field in the database.  (ModuleSettings table - sendto SettingName).  However after I modify the field in the database, the value isn't displayed in the feedback settings module.  If I log in as host --> Host Settings and "restart application" the value is updated.  I assume this is a caching thing, however clearing the cache (also in host settings) didn't actually update the field.  Only restarting the application or waiting about 30 minutes allowed it to update.

Can someone direct me as to how I can resfresh this module setting without having to start the application via the cosole or use Config.Touch()?

Thanks in advance
