I have some strange behaviour that I don't understand and I'm hoping someone can help.

I just posted a new entry on a blog: http://www.dotnetdevnet.com/Meetings/tabid/54/EntryID/6/Default.aspx. You can see this entry by clicking on this link so it is definitely there. However, you can’t see the entry in the blog if you just go to the blog page (http://www.dotnetdevnet.com/Meetings/tabid/54/Default.aspx). I have seen this problem a number of times and worked around it but now it is causing me a problem. The problem is that everything works well so long as I create and edit the blog entry using a particular account. When I did this the entry turned up just as I expected it to. However, I forgot about the problem and edited it using a different account and it promptly disappeared. I subsequently edited using the original account but no amount of coaxing would bring it back again. Any ideas ? This is very frustrating.

Hi,

Yes, this is a common issue. It has to do with TimeZones.
We are working on a way to fix this.

Basically, just go to the Edit Entry, now take a look at the date, you will see that it is a couple of hours in the future (sometimes this is the following day) and this is why it does not appear in the list. Change the date to "Now", and save.

That should fix you right up.

Thanks, Antonio, it is sorted now. It took me a while to work out the right time to enter. The server is in a different time zone to me. In the end I entered a date/time for yesterday and it worked fine.
