It sounds to me like you're looking for a host that will provide a DNN install for you, without you having to configure the installation. If that's the case check out Godaddy.com and Webhost4life.com. The will provide you with DNN installations, though there is probably a cost associated with these. You can use those services, though you might have a difficult time upgrading the DNN version in the future, I know there have been issues in the past with using Godaddy for hosting and then not being able to upgrade, but those may have been resolved, I haven't checked lately.

Your other option, and probably a safer one, is to find a company who would assist you with what you're trying to accomplish. It sounds to me like you're not sure what you need to do with DNN to accomplish your objectives, if you have the budget, spending some money to work with someone who knows how to use DNN and has experience with an LMS would be well advised.
