Hi, i've recently downloaded some modules containing source code only. I'm wondering how i go about installing these? i've tried to install them as i usually do with the 'install modules' but i get the error "unable to locate .dnn file" or if they do install okay i cant find them in my modules box in the admin pannel.

Regards

Simone

You will need to be sure to package the module correctly for upload.  This involves the creation of the .DNN file that explains the functional units of the module.

I would recommend reading the Module Developers Guide that is available in the documentation.
