Sorry you guys aren't getting any answers and I can't help you out much.  ASP .Net 2 is supposed to run side by side with 1.1 but I'm not sure that 2.0 is backward compatible with 1.0 or 1.0.

DNN 3.2.2 was compiled for use with ASP .Net 1.1 and DNN 4.0.2 was compiled for ASP .Net 2.0 so there might be a problem with some of the modules that need specific 2.0 stuff if your host isn't running 1.1 and 2.0 together.

Take all that with a grain of salt though. I've got no way to really try it out here as I know 4.0.2 won't work with one of my modules and I need to have both versions of ASP .Net installed.

Have you checked the forums on ASP.net the website?  There might be more answers there.

Can I upgrade from v3.2.2 to 4.0.2?  I guess that would be worth a try.  Because I'll probably downgrade to the latest 3.1 version running on .NET v1.1 and recreate the site if I can't get one of the newer versions running fully functional with no errors.

Sorry - I would try and provide some help, if I could duplicate the problem.  Everything works ok for me with 3.2.x or 4.0.x on .NET 2.
