Well...at least I know it isn't true about the marketplace at dnn.  Apparently, my request was promptly refunded. It was the confimation email that got caught by my spam filters. I was unaware that the refund had been credited back to me.

Depending on your needs for the logo, you might have a look at the Powered Program information.

Hi Mitchel

Many thanks for the suggestion. From the Trademark Policy I now see that  DotNetNuke encourages  people to use the trademark in their marketing. SoI just need a link to a slightly higher resolution logo than the one I can strip off the web site. And it directs me to marketing@dotnetnuke.com who are not replying to my polite email enquiries.

Any suggestions where to look.?

Regards

Geoffrey

I personally would try to contact the marketing e-mail once again.

I'll try to get an e-mail off to a few of my contacts to see if I can happen to stumble across one for you as well.

Hi Geoffrey,

The policy as stated in the trademark document is *not* to release higher resolution images without prior written approval, and I don't think they will do it unless you are some kind of sponsoring partner, but that is just my opinion.

You are using the correct address to try and obtain that approval.  You could also try nik.kalyani@dotnetnuke.com.
