Same here.
On my end, the problem only started after upgrading to 4.4.1 from 4.4.0.

I don't use Blowery and I don't have a section named in my web.config. Would it still help to add such a section? If so, where, and which part of the path to WebResource.axd would I put in there?

When I installed DNN 4.4.1 from scratch on my computer at home, the problem did not occur. It only happened here at work after upgrading from 4.4.0 to 4.4.1, and it went away after I reapplied the 4.4.0 update, effectively downgrading to the installation.

Can other people confirm this behaviour? If so, there ought to be some recommendation about not applying the 4.4.1 update, but rather doing a new install.

How can you click Update button while WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions didn't work?

Can we modify file Compression.config instead?
