on brookwoodbroncos.org I am constantly getting a Module Load Warning message in the contentpane of the front page.... it says:

Module Load Warning
One or more of the modules on this page did not load. This may be temporary. Please refresh the page (click F5 in most browsers). If the problem persists, please let the Site Administrator know.

Although on this page I don't see a module that is not loaded and refreshing or pressing f5 doesn't seem to fix the issue consistently --- any ideas?

I'm getting the same error but the "Site Log" is worthless because it doesn't tell anything. Is there a separate "DNN event log" somewhere else?

The error only occurs if you go to the default directory for this specific portal.

It doesn't happen on any other portals.

Where would I find the DNN error log? I don't see it under Host or admin. I've checked the server log files but apparently I don't have access to raw error logs just access logs. I've discovered the same thing happening on the other portals too. It only happens if you go to the portal root. If you click on the "home" page button itself it works fine.

Have a look at the admin menu, there is an event log entry in the admin menu - in earlier version named "Log Viewer" ( I never liked this name).
