installed 4.0.2 and it worked fine but when i get to my homepage and every module has an error that says its currently unavailable. any ideas on how to fix this?

An error has occurred.
Error: Text/HTML is currently unavailable.

I had the same problem.  I didn't configure both SQL connection strings.  Once I configured the second one to (the backwards compatable one), it worked.

Indeed. One oversees easily, as it is already declared once.  With some hurdles one finally gets there.....
