Can I change the Field Start Date time format?

I want it to display only the date mm/dd/yyyy

Hi Dean,
If you check some of files inside of .\DesktopModules\Events\ folder (like EventList.ascx or EventDay.ascx), you will notice some controls like:

<asp:Label id=lblEventBegin Runat="server" text='<%# Format(DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"EventTimeBegin","{0:g}")) %>'>

Actually {0:g} is formating the date+time.
instead if {0:g} you should use {0:d} to get just the date without time.

here is the list of data/time formats:

Dates
---------------------------------
Short Time -    {0:t}
Long Time -    {0:T}
Short Date -    {0:d}
Long Date -    {0:D}
Date & Time -    {0:g}
Full Date -    {0:G}
