Last night I upgraded to 4.5.1 from 4.4.0. Everything went prettys smooth; but when I go to 'File Manager', my Folders are not there. I clicked on 'Sync Folders' in the left Folders column, and still no folders.

I have done the sync, the recursive and still nothing.

Anyone have any idea where I may be able to find them little critters?

Well, there are a few things to check.

First, did you receive a script error when the 04.05.01.SqlDataProvider script executed?

Secondly are there any values in the Folders table?

Third, try it one last time...(Yes I know you have already done it....but sometimes it just takes once more :)   )

Mitchel, thanks a million for trying to assist. When I upgraded, it did show an error, but I do not remember what it was, but when I clicked on go to portal, it went just fine.

When I go to the file manager, it shows NO folders on the left, but does show file on the right side; about 5 pages of files.

From my Event Viewer here is a error that was reported about 25 times:

Ok, your problem is related to duplicate entries for folders and or files in the folders/ and files tables.

You will need to look in the db and clean-up any duplicates.

If you need help with the SQL let me know.
