I am developing several custom module and I love the VB module template but it is very frustraiting to have to go and do a Fine/Replace on the YourCompany namespace and SQL that is generated to replace it with my company's info. How do I change "YourCompany" to "MyCompany"?

Obviously this is some template setting but I don't know where to look. Any assistance is appreciated.

I believe they are located in the documents and settings for a user. I haven't tried modifying any, but actually have been thinking I need to setup a few custom ones for my module development here in the office. I'd start by looking at

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\VisualStudio\8.0\ProjectTemplatesCache\

It gets a little tricky to find the files you need to change, but if you would like you can change the default templates that load when you start a new module.  I have redirected where my templates are from the default location so I really can't use my path here, but you can find you template folders by clicking on tools -> options and then selecting project solutions.  This will point you in the right direction.  I mostly work with C# but the steps are the same for the vb files.  Within your Templates folder you will have a path link ths one Templates\ItemTemplates\Visual Web Developer\CSharp.  Within the CSharp folder there should be a zip file.  The zip is installed with the starter kit.  Make a copy of the zip, so if you break it you will have a back up, unzip the files.  Go into the App_Code\ModuleName folder and then open the 4 files in that folder.  You can then modify these files with your companies name.  Once they have been modified, rezip and save the backup file so you have it, in case.  That should do the trick and now you won't have to do it each time you create a new module.  We did it at work and it has been nice to have around.  You can also replace the .ico file with your own so you won't have the DNN logo show in your IDE.
