Hello

(Re: DNN 4.4.1 )

In my admin file manager I am able to view the Portal Root folder however, upon clicking the "+" to expand and view the many files and folders that I know are sitting there - But Nothing is Displayed!  Could I have unknowingly disabled this feature and if so, how can I turn it back on again?

I have not seen any error messages to indicate a problem, any suggestions?

Thanks

Lynn

You can try to resynch the file system.

Check the boxk for "Recursive" then click the "Synchronize" button.

Hi Michael

Thanks for the reply, I had tried resynchronizing, but it did not work.

However: Problem Now Solved - after an update of Pageblaster (snapsis.com) and resynchronizing  again, the reluctant folders and files came out to play once again.

Thanks

Lynn

Lynn,

God bless you - I used your solution for my file manager problem and it now works again. This is awesome, because it was frustrating.
