Hi, I want to use a popup and then use a resx file from app_localresources for the strings.

Preferably, I want to use the resx file from another control.
It seems I cannot do that, I've tried to use popup.aspx with meta:resourcekey and popup.resx.aspx.
But this does not seem to work....

Anyone knows of a sloution?

You mean THE SharedResources file, or just a new one in App_Localresources.

And how will my popup.aspx find the file

By the way it's a popup, so it Inherits System.Web.UI.Page

I noticed when you do a:

Inherits DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.PortalModuleBase

You can do:

LocalResourceFile = DotNetNuke.Services.Localization.Localization.GetResourceFile(Me, "SomeOtherFile.ascx")

But since I use a popup.asPx I must use:

Inherits System.Web.UI.Page

 So, come on.... Anyone, it must be possible....
