I'm trying to install a trial version of the User Profile module from the Install Module page on the host interface. This is a zip file. My understanding was that once uploaded to the server (my ISP is hosting), the files would unpack and I'd be able to install the module. The zip file won't upload to the server. Any thoughts? Do I need more permissions from the ISP?

Are you getting an error message when trying to upload the PA zip file?

DNN version 4.4.1 doesn't have an Install Module button, the link actually says Save File. After I've browsed to the zip file I click Save File. In IE I just get a page that says Unable to display web page. That's it.

Yes, Save File will upload the PA and then parse it.

Have you successfully installed other modules this way on this DNN install?

Actually, no I haven't. I'm pretty new to dnn. I've installed modules that came with the installation but this is the first time I've downloaded a module from a third party source and tried to install it.
