Hi guys,

Still new to UDT, and am wondering, I have a custom XSL layout for my data, but i want to be able to sort the data alphabetically (as opposed to input order).

How do i go about it?

Thanks!!

This is a new option for predefined XSL Stylesheets in UDT 3.4.0.

If you work with custom Xsl stylesheets, you can setup sorting in a template or a for-each statement.

Sorting UDT against a column value:

<xsl:for-each select="udt:Data">
    <!--Sorting-->
    <xsl:sort select="value" order="ascending" data-type= "text"/>
    ...
</xsl:for-each>
