The container loaded fine because the file size is low. You will find that if you FTP the skin folder to the portal skin folder then you can parse the skin and it would be fine.

I have not had that issue with 4.0.2, so upgrade is recommended.

What version of DNN is this -

If you are using DNN4, you need to have full permissions set on the hosted environment which is proving to be a challenge for many people.If you see elements that have Permissions in the error code, it's a good place to start looking and check that your folders have the correct permissions.

Sometimes, some hosters set the permission correctly in the root folder, but don't set to allow all folders under that.

Can you confirm if you are using DNN3 or 4.
