Hi Vollerworld,

That change is made in your skinName.ascx file.  Or if you have multiple skins assigned to different pages you'll have to change it in all of them.
Sorry, I'm not seeing a way to do it from the admin screens.

John,

As always you're a lifesaver.  Thanks for the help.

Do you use Oracle?  Then try GoldFish.Net

Get it from CNET Download.com!

Thank you!

And let me say:

That is the WORST THING I've ever seen from the Dot Net Nuke team.  I'm a huge fan, but WOW, IS THAT LAME!

Why you would EVER make that a STANDARD in an upgrade is beyond me.

Ok... so i was a bit harsh... :-)  see my comments below as mr. walker owned the mistake...

There is a way to make the change throughout if you don't mind changing the core, and with any luck maybe we can rally for and get the change to be made in the next release.

In the <root>/admin/skins/Search.ascx.vb file there are a couple lines that look like this:

Private _showSite As Boolean = True
Private _showWeb As Boolean = True

Change them to look like this:

Private _showSite As Boolean = False
Private _showWeb As Boolean = False

Ah, that is even better.

Thank you for your assistance on this, John.  Well done.
