we have a page setup with several links. the links got o pages in the portals with varying permissions. we want everyone to see the links and go to them. we want the page to come up and tell restricted users that they do not have access to view the page within the portal. now my question is how i can change that message that comes up on the page.

i looked in the /admin/security/ folder. opened the accessdenied.xxx files. not much luck there. i am assuming its somewhere else. but cant seem to find it. anybody got anything here?
