I am getting the following error intermittently.  There doesn't seem to be any specific set of steps that cause it.

I have checked the permissions on my virtual directory and the portals/0 directory.  The portal exists in the db.  I have scoured this forum, and it seems that many people are having this same error, but no one seems to have a good answer.

Oh, and I am using SQL Server 2005.

Any help appreciated.
