When adding a .swf file in a gallery module, it can't be viewed.

The following error is displayed: " FlashPlayer is currently unavailable - /DesktopModules/Gallery/FlashPlayer.ascx' does not exist"

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks

What version of the gallery are you running 3.1.12?  For some reason in that version the flash files were deleted and the gallery module therefore doesn't work with flash files.

If you are interested in running the patched version 4.x (www.jegers.com) it has the flash files added back in and the flash stuff should work.

Hi james,

I'm using the 3.0.12 version

Is there a 3.1.12 version on the Dotnetnuke.com site?

Tks,

Olivier

same thing. depending on if you look in the code, or in the zip filename, or in the DNN install package it says different versions.. But 3.0.12 and 3.1.12 are the same.  Doesn't really matter..The versions don't work--so don't run any 3.x version.
