Has anyone configured DNN with a SSL offloader?  The problem is that when the SSL stream is decrypted I have to transfer it over a new port such as port 81.  Going to the server is not an issue, but when DNN responds back it adds port 81 to the URL, which throws the whole thing off.

Any suggestions?

Your other post was a question on rewriting the Url, which would change the way the application "sees" the Url on the way in, 

This post seems to be asking for a way to change the Urls as the are delivered to the browser.  To do that, you need an ouput filter.
