Hi,
I am running dotnetnuke 4.4.1 and have locked out my host account (which is the only super user on the portal) after entering the wrong password for more than 3 times. The other only admin account that hasn't been locked is the admin account. Is there a way to unlock the host account?? I really need to unlock my host account as soon as possible. If anyone out there has a solution for this, i would be very very greatful.

i think you can unlock it by accessing to the asp_net membership directly.. set the islockedout to false

I think the quickest way would be:

1. Find your userID at aspnet_Users table.
2. Update your status at aspnet_Membership

update aspnet_Membership
set IsLockedOut = 0
where userid = 'your user ID from aspnet_Membership table'

and thats it.
