I have downloaded the files of my hosted DNN Web Site and wish to edit it with Visual Web Developer Express.  I open the downloaded wwwroot as a website and then browse it in VWD.  But it is not connecting with the existing database and seems to do a fresh install of the DNN version used on this site and  comes up with the default scheme.

Clearly it is not registering the database but I have used VWD tools to connect to the Database.  Can anyone help me get this registered properly?

Thanks

Ron
