Started this as a generic thread, if there is another let me know.

#1. Make the Topic.Name wrap in the Index, currently it overlaps the topic content if it is too long.

set the editing priviledges of a specific page in the wiki.  It would also be useful to also set some topics to be editable by certain groups.

Allow the admin to turn off the link to mailto: links - we can't allow that on our site.  I would prefer it use the forum system or something instead.

I think one suggestion would be to not have all pages to have a link in the left side menu, this list can start to grow pretty out of control as more pages are added which makes it much harder to maintain an useful wiki.  It would be much better instead to have it so that you can limit the pages that actually show on that side of the menu to only the main pages.  This will help to keep the side menu cleaner and more organized instead of the current setup where every single page created shows in that menu.  If there is a way to do this already that I am simply missing then maybe some one can fill me in on this as I am really considering now to just go back to MediaWiki instead as list that is more easy to organize at this time.
