OK, I am getting closer. I am getting these errors every time the "DotNetNuke.Services.Search.SearchEngineScheduler, DOTNETNUKE" runs in the Schedule.

Any idea how I fix this short of disabling the process?

Well, I disabled the "DotNetNuke.Services.Search.SearchEngineScheduler, DOTNETNUKE" scheduling, and the error messages have stopped.

Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to repair this problem, and how important is this scheduling function?

In the same Desktopmodules table, set the supported features to zero for any module with a blank BusinessControllerClass.

When setting these values to 0 are you disabling the searchable ability for those modules?

Yes you are.  But that's okay because if you don't have a business controller class for that module, you really don't have searchable function anyway.
