If you go to http://www.myemphasys.com/sites/ you will notice how the menu bar is taking more vertical space than it should and how the breadcrumbs row seems to be extending more to the right than it should. Don't get mislead, I took the TR that wraps the breadcrumbs TD out alltogether and the problem is still occuring. If I take out the solpartmenu from within its TD, the problem goes away.

This started happening once I turned on XHTML transitional skin doctype for that skin, before that it was all fine.
Does anybody have any idea why that would happen and what can I change to fix it?
