I went and downloaded the "source" zip file but there were no code behind aspx.vb files in it.  Or am I missing something?  I tried downloading the previous version and it was the same deal.

Nevermind, I found it, it's there.  It just has an extension of "Resources" instead of "zip".  I renamed the file and unzipped the project.  Is there some reason why this is done this way?

.Resources files are always 'safe' on a web server since they'ree protected from download. But in this case that doesn't apply as the file is just unpacked and removed upon install as far as I know. My guess is that the packer did this as 'standard practice' either for clarity (it's the resource file) or for the aforementioned reason.
