I have read forum, there are many conversations about resolving this problem, like recompiling vb file, editing js file, downloading dll's etc ...

Please can anyone tell's me how to resolve this problem ...

A critical error has occurred.
startIndex cannot be larger than length of string. Parameter name: startIndex

And another problem, when I saving html content in design edtor, after updating all content are erased and there was only empty table left.
In source view saving changes works fine

Thank You
