I have a DNN 4.5 running smooth for like 6 months but suddenly any user can´t login.
I had the 4.5.1 version and I did upgrade to 4.5.3 but this didn´t solve the problem.
If I look in the database all the users are there but anyone can´t login, not even the admin or host user. This is a big issue!
The connection to the database seems ok because all the public content is still there and the DNN doesn´t show any error message.
Please help me solve this, I will appreciate it.
Bye

I'm seeing the same thing on a new install of 4.5.3

I have the same problem upgrading from 4.4.0 to 4.5.3.

When upgrading, allways make sure, that you use new release.config as template for your web.config, manually transferrings both db connections strings, both encrytion keys, code subdirectories, objectqualifier and databaseOwner from previously used web.config.

In your situation double check the encryption keys.

Definitely the encryption keys. I had the same problem. Changed the machinekey and decrpkey to original values and everything is working ine again.
