I am attempting to enable the viewing of site history logs.  I see the log files in the file system but still get the msg:

Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal.

Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance!

Go into your host, portal settings and select your portal

Under advanced settings, there is a setting called "site log history (days)" change that to say 30(days), click update then see if the message disappears

Hope this helps

Regards

Craig

Thanks for the reply, Craig.

I had already set that value from 0 to 60 a few days ago and the message disappeared.  Then, 2 days later, when I had a couple days worth of log files I attempted to view the history and the message was back.  I just changed the value from 60 to 30 and still can't view the history.  I'm surprised there isn't a clear option to enable/disable site logs. Do I have to do something stupid like bounce the IIS service.

Best,

Todd
